The Court of Arbitration of the International Arbitration Center of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru - AmCham Peru has renewed its members for the period 2024-2025.
The Court of Arbitration of the International Arbitration Center of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru – AmCham Peru has renewed its members for the period 2024-2025.
Mr. Roger Rubio Guerrero (partner of Rubio Arbitration Law) has been appointed president of the Court of Arbitration and Ms. Ana María Arrarte Arisnabarreta (partner of Estudio Echecopar, associated with Baker & McKenzie) as vice-president, replacing Mr. José Daniel Amado and Ms. Cayetana Aljovín.
The Arbitration Court is thus composed for this period as follows:

The Court of Arbitration will maintain the objectives of the Center and will continue with the work developed based on the application of international standards, gender parity, the inclusion of new arbitration actors and the promotion of the best practices.
AmCham Peru is especially grateful to Mr. José Daniel Amado and Ms. Cayetana Aljovín for their leadership and the important impetus they have given to its International Arbitration Center in recent years.
